Protecting your privacy is very important to us. In the following, we would like to inform you about the nature, scope, purpose and legal basis of the collection, processing, storage, use and disclosure of personal data. Furthermore, we want to inform you about your rights regarding data protection and we want to inform you about how long we store personal data.

General Information

Generally and where possible, the use of our website is feasible without providing any personal data. As far as a collection and use of personal data is necessary (for example in the context of a registration or for order transactions), this is done strictly task-related and where possible, on a voluntary basis. The collected data is stored and processed in compliance with the provisions of the GDPR, the BDSG-neu and the TMG by us.

Sudoku Highscore

We offer the possibility to enter your outstanding results from our Sudoku Game into a highscore on this website. The entry into the Sudoku Highscore is voluntary, you can also use our Sudoku Game without using the highscore function.

We want to make it possible for you to use the Sudoku Highscore even without the provision of personal data. If you decide to enter your score into the Sudoku Highscore, we will therefore only store your specified name, your score in points as well as the current date and the current time. Your given name can be chosen freely. Please choose preferably a pseudonym or a fantasy name that does not allow to draw conclusions about yourself.

The Sudoku Highscore is publicly available to anyone on the Internet, so that your score, your specified name and the date and time of your score is visible to third parties. Job Applications

If you want, you can apply for a job with us. On the one hand, you can apply for a specific job offer from us, on the other hand, you can also send us a speculative application that does not refer to a specific job advertisement. Our application procedures are generally carried out on a voluntary basis. We do not force anyone to apply and you can of course use this online offer without leaving an application.

We want to make it possible for you to provide us with as few personal details as possible with your application. If you have specified how long we can hold your application, basically, we will delete your data after this time. If you have not given any information on how long we are allowed to hold your application in the scope of a speculative application, basically, we will delete your data after twelve months. The mentioned deletion dates do not apply insofar as legal provisions preclude deletion. Protocols and Access Data

We log the access to the pages and files of this online offer. This website including associated databases is operated on servers of the company 1&1 Internet SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany (hereinafter 1&1). Our e-mail traffic is processed via servers of 1&1 as well. According to Article 28 GDPR, we have concluded a Data Processing Agreement with 1&1 in this regard.

Right of Access

According to Article 15 GDPR, you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed.
